Samwa Precision in Malaysia is seeking an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive HR and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through resignation, while maintaining HR documentation, payroll coordination, and general office administration.

This role provides comprehensive HR and administrative support to the organization, managing employee lifecycle processes from recruitment through to resignation, while maintaining HR documentation, payroll coordination, and general office administration.
Key responsibilities
Prepare employee onboarding documents, uniforms, and other required materials for new employees
Assist with recruitment activities, including arranging interviews, communicate with candidates, and prepare recruitment documents
Maintain and update employee records, personnel files and HR documentation
Monitor and track employee attendance, leave and overtime records
Assist with payroll processing by preparing timesheets and updating employee information in the HR/payroll system
Coordinate employee orientation, onboarding activities, and training sessions
Assist in communication HR policies, procedures and company guidelines to employees
Ensure HR administrative processes comply with applicable labor laws, regulations and company policies
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records and other sensitive HR information
Assist with employee resignation and clearance process, including preparation of relevant documentation and updating HR records
About you
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Chinese language (spoken and written) is required due to regular communication and coordination with the company’s HQ.
Good organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good knowledge of HR practices, employee regulations and labor requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
Familiarity with HR and payroll systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
