TimeTec Computing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to provide strategic HR support to management while ensuring confidentiality and security of employee data. You will oversee recruitment, workforce planning, job design, posting, selection, and interview coordination.

Provide strategic HR support to management while ensuring full confidentiality and security of employee and organizational data.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities including job design, workforce planning, job posting, candidate selection, and interview coordination.
Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires and smooth exits in compliance with company policy.
Maintain and govern the integrity of employee records and HR databases (personal files, leave, attendance), ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage staff insurance programs, medical claims, and related benefit administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Design, implement, and monitor training and development initiatives including HRDCorp (HRDF) matters; evaluate effectiveness and align with organizational competency needs.
Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to strengthen compliance and employee engagement.
Oversee administrative functions including filing systems, document control, and compliance with audit standards.
Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, equipment, and ensure cost-effective vendor engagement.
Coordinate and approve travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff and management.
Lead planning and execution of company events, engagement programs, and staff welfare activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure efficient office operations and upkeep, liaising with external vendors and service providers for smooth daily operations.
Take ownership of ad hoc projects and assignments from management, driving completion with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proven organizational, leadership, and time-management skills with ability to set priorities and manage competing demands.
High attention to detail, with sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide recommendations to management.
Approachable, professional, and people-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Malaysian employment law and HR compliance requirements.
