• Handle and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain all HR-related records such as leave applications, internal memos, official forms, and other documentation.
• Ensure the implementation of company systems, policies, and practices that influence employee experience and overall workforce performance.
• Review, update, and continuously improve the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in company's administration tasks from to time to time.
