Job summary

Apex Clinic in Kulai is seeking an HR & Admin professional to manage payroll, recruitment logistics, and staff inquiries. The role requires travel and strong organisational skills.

You will handle payroll processing (Full SET Payroll), tax and statutory contributions, interview arrangements, attendance, leaves, claims, and liaise with government bodies. Independent work and reliability are essential. Travel to Bandar Indahpura is required.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal skills required.
• Must be computer literate, proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Experience in hands-on Full SET Payroll, including KWSP, LHDN, SOCSO, EIS, and levy.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Handle staff inquiries and disciplinary issues.
• Manage staff attendance, leave, claims and related admin tasks.
• Oversee outlet staff matters and liaison with government offices (State Govt., Labour Office, Immigration, JKKP).
• Any other tasks as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.
