Job summary

Xin Ma Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced HR generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions in a fast-paced Kuala Lumpur office.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and policy development. Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labour laws, while developing HR SOPs, employee handbooks and contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong time management abilities.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Fluency in Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin required).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc.
• Ensure HR practices comply with the Employment Act 1955 and other applicable Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Develop, review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, employment contracts, forms and procedures.
• Oversee general office administration, facilities, and company activities.
• Develop, review and maintain HR & Admin SOPs, policies and documentation.
• Organize employee engagement activities, company events and team-building program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
