Job summary

HAWK FILTRATION (SEA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced HR/Admin Manager to support multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and general administration.

The incumbent will be highly organized and capable of handling confidential information, with duties spanning payroll, policy compliance, training coordination, and office administration for a manufacturing environment in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR/Admin Manager role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in HRIS, payroll processing and Microsoft Office suite.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop job descriptions and post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate onboarding, orientation, policies, and documentation; manage offboarding and asset return.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for HR policies; resolve issues; support engagement initiatives; oversee payroll processing.
• Performance Management: Provide guidance on performance reviews and follow-up actions.
• Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and identify training needs; maintain records.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records; prepare HR reports; manage leave records.
• General Administration: Manage office tasks, facilities, vendor relationships, events.
• Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; conduct audits.
