Jora Malaysia is offering an HR & Admin Intern position designed to give you real HR experience. You will work with a dynamic team and gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and workplace administration.

The role focuses on practical learning beyond paperwork, including onboarding, scheduling, payroll-related tasks, and event coordination within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or currently studying in HR-related field.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Strong MS Office skills and good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support HR activities including resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks such as email creation and access card setup.
• Assist with HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle clerical tasks and maintain documentation.
