Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an internship for a Human Resources degree student. You will assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records, while supporting HR reporting and compliance.

In addition, you will provide administrative support, organise meetings and training sessions, liaise with vendors, and contribute to internal communications. The internship starts October 2026, and candidates must have their own transport and accommodation arranged in

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Positive attitude, energetic, and eager to learn.
Preferred 3–6 months internship.
Must have own transport to travel to work.
Accommodation arranged in Klang Valley area.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities (posting ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Help with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Liaise with vendors and service providers when needed.
Participate in HR or admin-related matters/projects.
Provide support to other departments as required.
