Job summary

Jora Malaysia offers an internship that provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration and day-to-day people operations within a growing company. You will work closely with the team and gain practical experience while developing valuable communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone and messaging.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
• Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates for available positions.
• Contact candidates and coordinate interview arrangements.
• Assist with internship and employee onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
• Support HR administrative tasks and documentation.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities, meetings and company events.
• Communicate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and recruitment activities on various platforms.
• Participate in team meetings, training and professional development activities.
