Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya invites you to join our in-office Recruitment Internship to learn the art of talent strategy. You will source candidates, screen applicants, conduct interviews alongside consultants, and help craft job descriptions and client briefs.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office, a proactive team spirit, and a willingness to travel to PJ.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in English and BM; Mandarin a bonus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Willing to travel to PJ office.
• Interested in HR, recruitment or people-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for qualification, culture fit, and job match.
• Partner with consultants to understand client hiring needs and job scopes.
• Prepare job descriptions, candidate profiles, and documentation.
• Research companies, industries, and competitors to support recruitment strategy.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Assist with interview coordination, offer processes, and onboarding.
• Help build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices.

What You'll Do:
