Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, pre-onboarding arrangements, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Support the preparation and maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Assist in monitoring daily staff attendance and preparing attendance reports when required.
Assist in calculating attendance allowances and processing overtime claims accurately.
Update and maintain employee leave records on a regular basis.
Assist in managing medical claims and updating employee information related to medical benefits and insurance coverage.
Support HRDC grant applications, training documentation, and appeal submissions.
Assist in organising employee engagement activities, company events, and internal programmes.
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general document management tasks.
Provide administrative support for various HR projects and ad-hoc assignments.
