Job summary

Westcoast Precision (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an HR & Administration Executive to oversee daily HR functions, support office administration, and contribute to the growth of our precision manufacturing facility.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, benefits, and compliance with Malaysian employment laws, while coordinating training, performance reviews, and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
• Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and development programs.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment as factory operations expand.
• Oversee daily office administration, supplies, facilities, and general office organization.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external parties for administrative matters.
• Assist management with scheduling, documentation, internal communications, and operational coordination.
• Support company events, employee activities, and other general administrative duties as required.
