Job summary

SLG Food Industries Sdn Bhd invites an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Johor. You will support HR and administrative functions to help our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include full HR cycle, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records, policy implementation, event coordination, and enforcing disciplinary processes. Strong communication and data management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative role.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing full HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee relations.
• Handling permits and passport renewals for foreign workers and performance management.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
• Assisting in HR policy development and administration.
• Providing admin support: office supplies, meetings, inquiries.
• Coordinating HR-related events and cross-functional engagement initiatives.
• Carrying out disciplinary processes as required.
