Job summary

E Frigo (M) Sdn Bhd is a rapidly expanding refrigeration solutions provider seeking an HR & Admin Executive to join our Puchong team. The role focuses on maintaining employee records, onboarding, payroll support, and HR reporting.

Ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in HR or related field with experience in HR/administration, and familiarity with Infotech HR systems. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin a plus, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Relevant HR and/or office admin experience preferred.
• Experience with Infotech HR/Payroll/Attendance system is a plus.
• Familiar with Malaysian employment practices, payroll and attendance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Capable of independent work and task follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle onboarding and exit/clearance procedures.
• Prepare offer letters, confirmations and HR correspondence.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records.
• Generate HR reports for management review.
• Assist in recruitment including job ads and interviews.
• Maintain records for foreign workers (passports, permits, etc.).
