Job summary

KIDE INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD is seeking a Human Resources & Administration Executive in Penang to coordinate onboarding, administer training programs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will maintain HR records, stay ahead of industry best practices, and lead the HR team to drive continuous improvement while partnering with management on strategic planning. Fluency in Chinese is preferred due to involvement with a China-based group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR management roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work with a China-based company; Chinese speaking is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of new hires.
• Develop and administer employee training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and related regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Lead and mentor the HR team and drive continuous improvement.
