Job summary

White Heron Pharmaceutical Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive HR cum Admin Executive to support the HR team and daily operations at our Malaysia premises. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, and admin tasks while ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires bilingual communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred), initiative, and the ability to coordinate with manufacturing teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field is required.
• Experience in HR in manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment: post ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, onboarding.
• Handle foreign worker matters: FOMEMA, work permits, renewals.
• Prepare SOPs, memos and official letters in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
