Job summary
Blue Box Cold Chain Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking an HR Admin/Co-ordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and payroll processes in a small team.
You will maintain employee records, assist in training activities and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with Mandarin an advantage.
Qualifications
- SPM/DIPLOMA in HR, Business Administration or a related field (minimum 1 year experience)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, interviews and employee onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and overtime
- Assist in preparing payroll information and HR reports
- Prepare HR letters and other related documentation
- Support training, performance reviews and employee activities
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
