Job summary

MX FRUIT & VEGETABLE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, seeks a detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team in a full-time role.

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, maintain records, handle payroll and benefits, and coordinate training while liaising with internal teams and vendors. We are a wholesale company supplying fruits, vegetables and dry items to hypermarkets, retailers, restaurants and hotels, with branches across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration required.
• 2–3 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably in wholesale factory settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with payroll and HR information systems is an advantage.
• Team player with proactive and problem‑solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and compliance.
• Process payroll and benefits administration.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Provide administrative support such as calendar management, filing and office duties.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient HR operations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
