Job summary

TAC Design & Trading Sdn Bhd, based in Semenyih, Selangor, is seeking a dedicated Human Resource and Administrative Executive to support our manufacturing operations. This full-time role focuses on HR operations, records maintenance, payroll processing, and essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily activities.

The successful candidate will manage recruitment, employee data, payroll, and benefits while upholding company policies and Malaysian labour regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of HR and administrative experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Process payroll information, leave applications and benefits administration
• Coordinate employee training and development programmes
• Assist in HR policy development and workplace initiatives
• Handle employee relations, grievances and performance documentation
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making
• Coordinate facilities management and maintain office supplies
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies
