Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR & Administration professional to manage payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. You will coordinate performance appraisals, handle attendance and attendance-related tasks, and assist with foreign worker documentation in a manufacturing setting.
The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in HRM or related field and 2–3 years of experience. Monday–Friday with alternate Saturdays, based in Selangor, Malaysia.

Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, selection, and hiring.
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new employees.
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave, and other payroll-related information.
Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB for account closing.
Coordinate employee performance appraisal, KPI setting, evaluation, and performance review processes.
Work closely with HODs and supervisors on employee performance issues and improvement plans.
Assist in managing foreign worker matters, including work permits, renewals, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and administrative systems.
Perform other HR, administrative, and ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience in payroll processing and knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB requirements.
Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
Experience in handling employee relations, disciplinary matters, and attendance management.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
