Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR Operations & Recruitment professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation and employee records. The role also covers payroll processing, statutory compliance and welfare coordination.
Responsibilities include handling work permits for foreign workers, liaising with immigration authorities, and maintaining confidentiality across all HR processes. Strong MS Office skills and 2–3 years experience are expected.

Handle recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening and interview arrangements.
Manage onboarding, employee confirmation and personnel documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records.
Handle day-to-day employee enquiries and HR-related matters.
Assist with employee engagement and welfare activities.
Handle foreign worker documentation, work permit applications and renewals.
Monitor permit validity and related employee documents.
Liaise with Immigration Department and relevant agencies when required.

Process monthly payroll, including salary, allowances, overtime and deductions.
Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/LHDN and HRD Corp matters.
Maintain payroll and attendance records and prepare basic HR reports.
Coordinate employee accommodation and hostel-related matters.
Monitor hostel conditions, cleanliness and maintenance.
Handle employee medical, sick leave and welfare-related matters.
Handle daily office administration and documentation.
Maintain company records and filing systems.
Liaise with government agencies, suppliers and service providers.
Follow up on licenses, permits and compliance matters.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
2–3 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.
Payroll and foreign worker experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to multitask, work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willing to learn
