Iconic Medicare Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR and Administration professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, handle recruitment activities, and assist in payroll processing. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
This role also involves maintaining employee records and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
This role encompasses day-to-day HR operations, employee administration, and general office coordination. You will manage recruitment activities, payroll processing, employee records, and support HR compliance and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.
Handle recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
Assist in monthly payroll processing and payroll-related administration.
Manage employee attendance, leave and claims records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance management processes.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Coordinate training and development programmes and maintain training records.
Assist with HRD Corp training-related matters, including applications, claims and documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and company events.
Assist with HR audits, ISO requirements and HR compliance matters.
Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
Handle documentation and administrative matters related to foreign workers.
Prepare HR reports and provide relevant HR information to Management when required.
Handle day-to-day general administrative and office coordination tasks.
Maintain proper filing and records for HR and administrative documents.
Coordinate office supplies, stationery and other administrative requirements.
Assist in meetings, company activities, events and other administrative arrangements.
Liaise with departments, vendors and external parties on administrative matters.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Perform any other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR & Administration experience
Hands-on experience in HR operations and administration
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Mature, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality
