Kemakmuran Group is seeking a hands-on HR & Administration professional in Malaysia to manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, records, payroll support, and statutory compliance while coordinating training and HRD Corp matters.
Ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in HR/Business Admin with at least 2 years' experience, and can communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, memos, and other employee-related documents.
Coordinate employee confirmation, renewal, transfer, resignation, and exit processes.
Assist in training coordination and HRD Corp-related matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Manage general office administration, company assets, supplies, and vendors.
Liaise with government authorities, external service providers, and other stakeholders when required.
Prepare HR reports and support Management on HR-related matters.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR & Administration experience.
Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance is an added advantage.
Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking employees, clients, and business associates.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Able to work independently, multitask, and manage multiple priorities within a group of companies.
