Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR and Administration professional to oversee the complete HR and admin spectrum. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll coordination, policy development, and maintaining compliant HR records.
The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, solid knowledge of Malaysian employment law, and proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll systems. You will handle confidential information and work autonomously to meet deadlines.

Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions.
Manage recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviews, hiring and onboarding.
Coordinate monthly payroll information and ensure accurate submission of payroll-related data.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs and employee handbook.
Manage staff training and development activities.
Manage office administration including office supplies, facilities, company assets, insurance and service providers.
Maintain proper HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR and administration experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial exposure.
Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and employment practices.
Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory requirements.
Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation and general administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR/payroll systems.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
