Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant HR & Administration experience is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently, well-organized, and detail-oriented. Strong sense of responsibility with good time management skills.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, payroll, attendance, and HR documentation is an advantage.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and employee records is preferred.
Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and resignation procedures for factory employees.
Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, including overtime tracking and attendance reporting.
Coordinate the issuance and record-keeping of work uniforms, safety shoes, and other PPE for newly onboarded employees.
Prepare daily and monthly production reports, compile production data, and distribute reports to the designated company communication channels.
Organize, maintain, and update factory documentation and employee records, ensuring proper filing and confidentiality.
Manage the application, procurement, issuance, and inventory of office supplies and stationery.
Provide administrative support to the HR & Administration department and assist with daily office operations.
Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
