Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable administrator to support daily HR and office operations in Penang. You will handle calls, coordinate documents for couriers, and greet walk-in visitors, while ensuring attendance and leave are accurately tracked.
The role includes coordinating recruitment, inductions, and resignations, purchasing supplies, and monitoring foreign worker permit renewals along with generating weekly and monthly reports. Multilingual ability is valued.

Answering incoming calls, arranging courier documents, attend to walk-in visitors.
Monitor, record and manage attendance and leave.
Coordinate recruitment, induction, and resignation (when assigned).
Purchase general supplies, equipment, and services for operational needs.
Keep track of foreign workers' renewal of permits, passports as well as other licenses.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Primary Language: Mandarin and English; Secondary Language: Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administrative, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Preferably 1-2 years' working experience in any relevant field. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
Must be computer literate and possess own vehicle for travel purpose.
