Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR Admin Assistant to support the full recruitment cycle, university career fairs, onboarding and HR documentation. You will coordinate interviews, maintain employee records, and assist in organising training and engagement activities.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, with Mandarin a plus to engage Mandarin-speaking candidates; prior HR exposure is a plus but not required.

Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
Assist in participating in university career fairs, campus recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives.
Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers and candidates.
Support onboarding activities for new hires, including document collection and orientation arrangements.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Prepare employment letters, HR documents, and other administrative correspondence.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when required.
Assist in organizing company training, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative inquiries.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the HR & Administration Department.
Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
