Prior experience in administration or office management is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia as well.
Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills.
Attentive to details, highly responsible, and possesses strong time management skills.
Proficient in basic office software, including Word and Excel.
Capable of handling and following up on tasks independently with good problem-solving skills.

Organise and maintain company documents, contracts, employee records, and other relevant materials.
Assist the person in charge with team coordination, work arrangements, and task follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments and follow up on important matters and work progress.
Proactively identify issues, follow up on tasks, and ensure matters are completed on time.
Perform other HR, administrative, and management-related duties assigned by the person in charge.
