Responsibility
Human Resources
In the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires are well‑acquainted with company policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., leave, attendance, and performance records).
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, leaves, and overtime.
Support in performance management processes, including scheduling reviews and maintaining appraisal records.
Manage employee engagement activities, including planning and organizing company events.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
Administrative and Managerial Support
Provide administrative support to the Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documents.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Manager when required.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as directed.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
Assist in travel arrangements, expense tracking, and other tasks as needed.
Act as a liaison between the Manager and other staff or external stakeholders.
