Job summary

TENAGA MIGAS SDN BHD is seeking a proactive HR & Accounts Executive to manage our HR, payroll, compliance and accounting operations.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, contracts, attendance, payroll processing, statutory submissions and financial reporting, while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of QNE Accounting software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR management, accounting, finance or business administration.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR statutory requirements.
• Hands-on payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; QNE Accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, staff attendance, leave and personnel records
• Process monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory submissions
• Ensure company HR policies and employment practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and government regulations
• Monitor changes in the Employment Act 1955, minimum wage, working hours, overtime, public holidays, leave entitlements and other employment requirements
• Keep management informed of new government regulations, statutory changes and potential compliance risks
• Review and update employment contracts, HR policies and SOPs to ensure compliance
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, staff welfare and performance administration
• Handle daily accounting transactions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and bank reconciliation
• Prepare customer invoices, payment vouchers and supplier payments
• Assist with monthly financial reports and accounting documentation
