Job summary

TSH Hotels & Apartments SDN BHD in Teluk Intan, Perak, is seeking an experienced hotel manager to oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Events and Maintenance. You will lead a motivated team, ensure outstanding guest service, handle feedback and issues, manage performance, scheduling and training, and enforce SOPs, safety and cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in hotel management or senior operations.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with property management software and OTA systems.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Events and Maintenance.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction, handling feedback and issues.
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, training and discipline.
• Enforce SOPs, safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Control inventory, purchasing and stock to support efficiency and cost control.
• Coordinate reporting and improvement initiatives with Head Office.
• Maintain rooms and facilities to required standards.
• Lead and motivate the hotel team to achieve service quality and profitability.
