Job summary

TSH Hotels & Apartments SDN BHD in Teluk Intan, Perak, is seeking an experienced hotel manager to oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Events and Maintenance. You will lead a motivated team, ensure outstanding guest service, handle feedback and issues, manage performance, scheduling and training, and enforce SOPs, safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in hotel management or senior operations.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with property management software and OTA systems.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Job description

A 3-star hotel located in Teluk Intan, Perak, with 88 guest rooms, 1 café, and 1 event hall, providing accommodation, dining, and event facilities for leisure and business guests.

Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Events, and Maintenance.

Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction, including handling feedback and resolving guest issues.

Manage staff performance, scheduling, training, and discipline to maintain efficient operations.

Ensure all staff comply with hotel SOPs, service standards, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness requirements.

Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control to support smooth operations and cost efficiency.

Coordinate with Head Office on reporting, operational matters, improvement initiatives, and implementation of company standards.

Ensure the hotel’s rooms, facilities, cleanliness, and overall presentation are maintained to the required standards.

Lead and motivate the hotel team to achieve service quality, profitability, operational efficiency, and positive guest-review targets.
