• Manage room assignments and supply inventories; ensure proper uniforms and equipment.
• Monitor compliance with housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for department.
• Address guest complaints and drive service improvements.
• Participate in HR activities including staffing and training.
