Job description

As our Hotel Improvement Manager, you will drive organizational change by identifying operational inefficiencies, standardizing premium service delivery, and implementing innovative upgrades across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct systemic evaluations of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance workflows to eliminate service bottlenecks
• Establish, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) aligning with five-star hospitality standards
• Collaborate with property assets management teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver facility renovation projects
• Evaluate, deploy, and train teams on cutting-edge Property Management Systems (PMS) and guest-facing automation tools
• Synthesize online reviews, guest satisfaction surveys, and audit reports to execute targeted service recovery and prevention programs
• Design training workshops to smoothly transition internal staff into newly engineered operating protocols
• Introduce eco-friendly operational adjustments to reduce utility footprints without diminishing the luxury guest dynamic
