Job summary

As our Hotel Improvement Manager, you will drive organizational change by identifying operational inefficiencies, standardizing premium service delivery, and implementing innovative upgrades across all departments.

Key responsibilities

Conduct systemic evaluations of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance workflows to eliminate service bottlenecks

Establish, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) aligning with five-star hospitality standards

Collaborate with property assets management teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver facility renovation projects

Evaluate, deploy, and train teams on cutting-edge Property Management Systems (PMS) and guest-facing automation tools

Synthesize online reviews, guest satisfaction surveys, and audit reports to execute targeted service recovery and prevention programs

Design training workshops to smoothly transition internal staff into newly engineered operating protocols

Introduce eco-friendly operational adjustments to reduce utility footprints without diminishing the luxury guest dynamic

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Excellent financial and operational acumen.

Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic resort environment.

Hospitality degree or related qualification preferred
