Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Address and resolve guest complaints, inquiries, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement proactive measures to enhance service quality.
Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive personalized attention and care.
Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage for hotel operations
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Coordinate with maintenance to follow up on reported defects and ensure timely resolution, updating the maintenance log regularly.
Support the Operation Manager in preparing project plans and executing special initiatives.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency during shifts.
Conduct staff counseling sessions and performance appraisals, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Conduct regular safety checks of the property and respond promptly to emergencies, such as medical incidents or fire alarms.
Maintain accurate records of incidents or security breaches and report them to management.
Have 2-5 years of progressive experience in hospitality, ideally in supervisory or managerial roles.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges
