Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Hotel Improvement Manager to drive operational efficiency and standardize premium service across all departments. You will implement upgrades, optimize workflows, and lead training on PMS and guest-facing tools to enhance guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have proven senior hospitality leadership experience, strong financial and operational judgment, and the ability to perform under pressure in a resort environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent financial and operational acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic resort environment.
• Hospitality degree or related qualification preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational change by identifying operational inefficiencies and standardizing premium service delivery.
• Implement upgrades across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
• Establish, track, and optimize KPIs aligned with five-star standards.
• Collaborate with property assets management to plan renovations.
• Evaluate and train teams on PMS and guest-facing tools.
• Synthesize reviews and audits to implement service recovery and prevention programs.
