Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, verifying identity, payment method, and assigning room.
• Set up accurate guest accounts and enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Balance and drop receipts; prepare reports and logs; close daily documents.
• Answer inquiries and assist guests with special requests; coordinate with staff as needed.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any incidents and maintain confidentiality.
