Job summary

Renaissance Hotels in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services team member for a full-time, non-management role located at the corner of Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Ampang. The position focuses on welcoming guests, processing check-ins, collecting payments, and ensuring accurate accounts and room assignments.

You will balance daily receipts, manage cashier responsibilities, and assist in training staff while upholding Marriott standards of service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
• Enter and maintain guest accounts, process payments and vouchers, and balance daily receipts.
• Provide directions and property information, accommodate guest requests, and coordinate with staff as needed.
• Assist training, coaching, and supervision of team members in line with hotel policies and safety standards.
