Job summary

Fortune Valley Sdn. Bhd. in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, is seeking a Front Office associate to greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.

You will update check-in folios, ensure all details are captured in the system, and uphold the hotel’s I’LL DO IT! philosophy with teamwork and accountability. Overnight shift tasks include handovers and balancing F&B POS at day end.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a standard front office greeting, and assist with check-in/check-out in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintain high standards of oral communication with internal and external parties at all levels.
• Update all check-in folios and capture necessary details into the system per Front Office procedures.
• Promote the hotel's "I'LL DO IT!" philosophy by taking initiative, responsibility and teamwork.
• Overnight shift: coordinate handover with outgoing/incoming staff and ensure night audit tasks are completed and POS balances are correct.
