Romanee Conte Estate Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a front desk professional to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and respond to inquiries. The role requires accurate data entry in the hotel system and collaboration with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with a minimum educational background of SPM or higher, and willing to work rotating shifts across morning, evening, and night

Qualifications

Minimum education: SPM, Diploma or Degree.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia for guest communication.
Willing to work rotating morning, evening and night shifts.
Familiar with hotel front office systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in/out guests warmly and efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Ensure guest data is accurately recorded in the hotel system.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs.
Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Perform additional duties as required by superiors.
