Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Mandarin is a plus and may help in guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• To assist guest efficiently, courteously and professionally in all room division related function
• To maintain quality standard of service, hospitality, promote team work at all times
• To handle check-in and check-out transactions
• Maintain cleanliness in hotel premises and adhere to the OSHA standard and emergency procedure.
