What You'll Do

• EDM & Lifecycle Journeys : Build, send, and optimize email campaigns and lifecycle flows tied to Campaign, Product, and Brand/Event goals
• Segmentation & Audiences : Develop customer segments (suppression logic, retargeting, lookalikes) to upsell and retain the right customers at the right time
• Data-Driven Insights : Convert CRM/behavioral data into insights that inform Sales, Management, and Product Marketing strategy
• AI-Powered Lifecycle Marketing : Apply AI/predictive tools (propensity scoring, churn prediction, generative content) to work faster and smarter
• CRM Ownership : Maintain CRM health and reporting (dashboards + ad-hoc fixes) to keep campaigns accurate
