Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Workplace Experience, Office Management, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless HR operations: leaves, attendance, claims, onboarding, offboarding, records, HR administration and lifecycle processes.
• Manage front office operations, facilities, vendors, meeting rooms, assets and services for a positive employee and visitor experience.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and workplace events to foster a welcoming environment.
• Build strong relationships with employees, managers, vendors and partners through clear communication.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve HR/workplace processes.

This is an AI-enabled role. We leverage AI tools and digital platforms to automate routine work, streamline processes, and enhance employee support—so you can focus on creating meaningful experiences, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.

Your Mission

• People Operations: Deliver seamless HR operations by managing leave, attendance, claims, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.
• Workplace Experience: Create a welcoming and productive workplace by managing front office operations, workplace facilities, office administration, vendors, meeting rooms, company assets, and office services, ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, visitors, and business partners.
• Employee Experience: Coordinate employee engagement, onboarding, wellbeing, recognition, and workplace events while ensuring a safe, organised, and welcoming workplace through effective office operations and facilities management. • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with employees, managers, vendors, and business partners through clear, timely, accurate, and professional communication.
• AI-Enabled Ways of Working: Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to automate routine tasks, improve HR and workplace processes, enhance employee support, and continuously identify smarter and more efficient ways of working.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Workplace Experience, Office Management, or a related role.
• People & Service Mindset: Proactive, dependable, and passionate about creating positive employee experiences with excellent service.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong organisational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• AI-Enabled Mindset: Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or similar to work smarter and improve productivity.
• Communication: Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is an added advantage.
