Exabytes is seeking an AI-enabled Workplace Experience & People Executive in Penang, Malaysia. You will drive HR operations, workplace experience, and employee engagement while leveraging AI tools to improve processes and support the workforce.

The role focuses on delivering seamless HR administration, proactive employee support, and a positive workplace culture within a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Workplace Experience, Office Management, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless HR operations: leaves, attendance, claims, onboarding, offboarding, records, HR administration and lifecycle processes.
• Manage front office operations, facilities, vendors, meeting rooms, assets and services for a positive employee and visitor experience.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and workplace events to foster a welcoming environment.
• Build strong relationships with employees, managers, vendors and partners through clear communication.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve HR/workplace processes.
