Job summary

DREAMS MOTORWORKS PTE LTD is hiring Service Crew to greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean dining area in Ipoh.

You will handle cashiering and POS, assist with kitchen coordination, and support takeout orders. Fresh graduates are encouraged; training provided.

The role requires teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to learn; staff meals, leave benefits, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, and potential career progression to senior roles.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• F&B or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
• Set up, clear, and clean tables before and after dining.
• Assist with takeaway and delivery orders as needed.

Set up, clear, and clean tables before and after customers dine.

Ensure the dining area is kept clean, organised, and presentable at all times.

Assist customers with menu enquiries and provide recommendations when required.

Handle cashiering, POS transactions, and payments when assigned.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are served correctly and promptly.

Assist with takeaway and delivery platform orders when required.

Monitor dining-area supplies and replenish items when necessary.

Handle basic customer feedback or requests professionally and refer issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Follow restaurant SOPs, food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Assist with opening and closing duties.

Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Requirements
