Oasis Harvest Corporation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a friendly Host / Service Crew to create a welcoming dining experience for Mandarin-speaking guests from China. You will greet guests, manage seating, take orders, and offer menu recommendations while ensuring smooth service throughout the dining experience.

Requirements include at least 1 year in F&B or customer service, and the ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English; other languages are an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable serving international guests, particularly Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates with good Mandarin communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with seating, menu explanations, and basic enquiries.
• Communicate with guests in Mandarin to ensure clear understanding.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations when required.
• Ensure guests receive attentive, friendly and professional service.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and basic complaints professionally. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure orders are served accurately and promptly.
• Support the team during busy periods, group bookings, and tourist group arrivals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with restaurant grooming and service standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
