Job summary

zen ent sdn bhd is expanding its Starvalley Lakeside Glamping in Puchong, Selangor, inviting enthusiastic individuals to join as Service Crew (Mandarin Speaking). You will warmly welcome guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages per our service standards.

Ideal candidates are Mandarin-speaking, customer-service oriented, and able to work in a team. Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided, and immediate start is a plus.

We currently operate and manage Stellar Golden Hill and Zen By Stellar in Cameron Highlands. Following our growth, we are expanding our flagship destination in Puchong Prima, Selangor — Starvalley Lakeside Glamping, together with Serene & Stellar Café, featuring glamping, F&B, a petting zoo, and entertainment activities.

Job Summary

Join our team as a Service Crew (Mandarin Speaking) and provide friendly, efficient service while creating a welcoming dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.

Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers when required.

Provide information about menu items, promotions, and services.

Handle customer enquiries and requests professionally.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and service areas.

Prepare tables and ensure the restaurant is ready for daily operations.

Assist with cashiering and payment transactions when required.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.

Support events, promotions, and other operational activities when required.

About You

Able to communicate in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Friendly, positive, and customer-service oriented.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the roster.

Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service is an advantage.
