Job summary

e-Novate Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Support team member in Kuching, Sarawak to provide technical customer support, project implementation and rollouts. The role is office based and will report to a Singapore-based entity, with travel to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities include remote support, issue troubleshooting, collecting feedback, software configuration, and conducting training sessions via in-person meetings or Zoom. After-hours support may be scheduled.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hotel industry or online travel agencies.
• LAMP systems administration.
• Basic HTML, JS, CSS.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Professionalism and responsiveness to team & customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Help support customer remotely using IM, Email, Zoom.
• Troubleshoot customer issues.
• Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
• After hours support will be required by schedule.
• Work with sales to implement software on customer sites.
• Configure software to meet customer requirements.
• Train customer in software usage and operation both in person and through zoom.
• Test software prior to customer release.
• Ensure customer issues found in support are resolved.
• Document issues found.
• Travel & Customer support.
• Ability to travel domestically in Sarawak, Sabah, Peninsular Malaysia for site visits.
• International travel and tradeshows where required.
