You will diagnose problems, log detailed records, generate trend reports, and contribute to process improvements while delivering customer-centric support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
